  4. 4. Peer Review and Selection

Each submitted paper will be evaluated through a double-blind peer-review procedure coordinated by the International Scientific Committee. The review process will assess the originality, scientific quality, relevance, and contribution of each manuscript to the conference themes.

  5. 5. Online Submission and Review Platform

The conference uses Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) to facilitate manuscript submission, reviewer assignment, and the peer-review process. The platform has been made available through Microsoft's support, which covers the associated service and operational costs, including Azure cloud infrastructure, software development, and technical support.
